What is on the page
When you run the review, QA+ opens the OASIS on its own page. This guide calls it the QA+ Review page. Everything QA+ adds is on this page. The normal Kinnser OASIS page does not have these parts.
- 1 · Page list. Down the left side. Every page of the OASIS, plus the Coding Assistant.
- 2 · Go To menu. Top left of the green toolbar. Jumps to other Kinnser pages and to the QA+ settings.
- 3 · Toolbar buttons. Vitals, Mental, Elimination, Cardiac, Respiratory, GG, Meds, Homebound, and Narrative. Each opens a quick panel under the toolbar.
- 4 · Results lists. Errors (red), Warnings (orange), and Alerts (blue). Each list has a header with a count and its own buttons.
- 5 · POC Builder or Last OASIS Summary. Under the results lists. The POC Builder shows on a SOC, Recert, or ROC. The Last OASIS Summary shows on a discharge.
- 6 · Comments box. The yellow box. What you type here saves to the task comment in Kinnser.
- 7 · OASIS pages. Below the comments box, one after another. Each page has a name bar with its own error list.

- 3 · Eye. Opens a box under the result with the answers behind it. The eye with a line through it closes the box.
- 4 · Clipboard. Adds the result text to the comments box. It turns into a bookmark with a line through it. Click that to remove the text from the comments.

- Grey question. Kinnser locks the question because of another answer. Hold your mouse over it to see which answer locks it.
- Orange outline. A locked question that still has an old answer in it. Change the answer that locks it, and the old answer clears.
- Red Save button. In the box under a result. Saves the answers you changed in that box. Before you change anything, the bar says No Changes Detected.
- Coding Assistant panel. On the Active Diagnosis page, under the diagnosis table. Suggests ICD-10 codes.
- QA+ Homebound Reason AI card. On the Patient History and Prognosis page, under the homebound Specify fields. Also in the Homebound toolbar panel. Reviews or writes the homebound reasons.
