Install QA+

Add QA+ to Chrome and open your first OASIS.

Install the extension

QA+ is a Chrome extension. You install it from the Chrome Web Store, the same way as any other extension.

Open the QA+ page in the Chrome Web Store.

Click Add to Chrome. When Chrome asks, click Add extension.

If Kinnser is already open, refresh that tab.
QA+ only appears on pages you open after you install it.

QA+ works with its default settings. You do not need to change anything before you start.

Settings

QA+ shows this message when your agency's subscription is not active, or when a payment is late.

Read the message. It shows your agency name and the status of your subscription.

To update the subscription, call (979) 574-8760 or email admin@qaplus.app.

Click Return to OASIS to keep working in Kinnser without QA+.
If the message says you are in a grace period, you can still use QA+ for now.
